How to Grill is one of the best selling books on the subject, and a must-have if you are new to grilling or moving up from hamburgers to more exotic grilled fare. It’s cheap, pretty, and full of useful tips and recipes. It walks you through the basic techniques required to prepare each dish, with full color photos provided of each project.

The recipes are for the most part within reach of most grillers, and not so complicated or full of hard to find ingredients as to discourage the casual chef. Even established backyard cooks will find this a good book to have on their shelf, especially given that it can usually be found for less than $15.
