Gas Grill Oven Plate

Gas Grill Oven Plate

The Gas Grill Oven Plate from Grill Innovations is s specially designed aluminum cooking plate designed to allow you to back a variety of foods on your gas grill, as if it were an oven.

The plate measures 16×12 inches, and is about 1 inch thick. It has sort of a double walled bottom that retains heat, but avoids overheating the bottom of the food.
