I wanted to nominate my dad! He is phenomenal! He works so hard for his family. Not only has he served as a police officer, he is a cancer survivor who still works more than full time to provide for his family, and help my husband & I provide for our children, one of which is disabled. My dad has always stuck by my side, and he always lets my momma know how much he loves her. He ROCKS at makin' bar-b-q, whether its a few racks O ribs, or 26 oz. Ribeyes, or when he slow cooked 8 briskets all on his own for a wedding, hes got it goin on! I have never seen a man who watches more bar b q shows on food network! I think his dream would be to go up against Bobby Flay!

My Family says I'm the best Griller/BBQr/Smoker they know. They love the food and I love making it for them. Nothings better than good food with a great MUG rootbeer. =-) My Mom says I learned to BBQ from my Dad, what not to do, but he loves my steaks and is ok with that. I can't think of anything better for my family than a nice meal made by me with my Dad and son-in-laws standing by me while we grill. Thanks for the opportunity to win, Jeff in Houston, TX OH,and it's Ribeyes this weekend and Ribs next, sure would like to try this BBQ Sauce!

For father's day I'm letting my husband have control of the grill. I actually have to work from 1-6 that day so I have to leave it up to him and the kids (girls 5 and 8) to celebrate the day. But, that is how it should be.

This is all relative for us because he had already said he wanted to have rootbeer floats that day! Perhaps I'll suggest an experiment with rootbeer in his grilling as well...........what a versitile ingredient!

Wow; I have never thought of using root beer in a bbq sauce. Very cool. This fathers day I will be smoking 4 slabs of baby back ribs on the Weber smokey Mountain along with baked beans. Have a great fathers day everyone.
