Must be getting close to Memorial day, as all the new BBQ books are hitting the shelves. The new book “BBQ 25″ certainly stands out as an interesting new book. The first thing you’ll notice is that it’s a little different. I don’t know what the publisher calls it but I’d call it a board book. Each page is a stiff waxy cardboard with a special binding to help it lay flat.

Enough of that, what about the contents of the book? The book contains a collection of the 25 recipes that we cook 95 percent of the time, using accessible, not too pricey, quality ingredients. Here Adam will guide you through the entire process, from buying to serving, showing you how to deliver mind-blowing results for your friends and family.

BBQ Pork, Brisket, ribs – its all there. Good solid recipes, nothing to frilly or impossible to make with ingredients you never heard of. Only about $15 bucks too!
